Quiz competitions are exciting events that test the knowledge and intellectual abilities of students. It offers an opportunity for students to showcase their intelligence and compete with their peers. BISQ-2023-2024 Season V Quiz Contest – Grand Finale was held on 6th January 2024, Saturday in online mode. The programme commenced at Smart Indian School.
Co-ordinated by BISQ coordinator Balaji Anantharaj, the event was graced by quiz master Dr. Nithish.T. Jacob, along with the Chairman of Bhavans Middle East Shri. N.K. Ramachandran Menon. Faculty members and students attended the event with all their hearts.
There were 2 teams from Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE that were selected for the final round and each team had 3 members. The cash prize announced for the winner was 1000 USD, for the first runner-up 750 USD and for the second runner-up 500 USD. The grand finale was conducted by Dr. Nithish T. Jacob. The final quiz contest had a total of four rounds and the prize was bagged by Bhavans Bahrain Indian School, Bahrain. The first runner-up was Fahaheel Al-Watanieh Indian Private School, Kuwait and the second runner-up was Indian Community School Kuwait, Khaitan Branch.
The quiz was so interesting and challenging. At the end of the quiz contest the result was announced by Mr. Mahesh Iyer, Principal of Smart Indian School.
