A penny saved is a penny earned and the primary section grades 1 and 2 kids of Bhavans Smart Indian School have learnt the art of saving a penny for almost two months where the kids brought in money from a range of 100 fils to a KD. Each day they wholeheartedly filled their “Teeny-Tiny” piggy banks after they thoroughly understood the concept of saving it for a cause.

They finally got a chance to deposit their hard saved money in the school’s charity box. The kids eagerly and patiently waited for their turn to drop it in the box. Hoping that the kids have learnt the art of earning a penny by saving it, be it big or small, the teachers encouraged them to continue it at home, thereby inculcating a great virtue of life.
