Bhavans Smart Indian School, Kuwait conducted the Bhavans Inter-School Quiz Contest Season V Prelims in the school campus on 28th October 2023. Bhavans Inter School Quiz known as BISQ is a reputed Quiz contest organized by Bhavans Middle East group of schools in different parts of Middle East regions every year. This year Bhavans Smart Indian School was the host school for conducting this reputed contest in Kuwait as well as at the Middle East level. The best two teams that are selected from the Kuwait region will contest in the finals.
The prelims started with a welcome note by Mr. Santosh, Academic Co-ordinator which was followed by a prayer song by Ms. Ritika of Grade 10. Principal, Mr. Mahesh Iyer addressed the gathering and motivated the students. Instructions related to the prelims were given to the participants by the quiz coordinator, Mr. Balaji. Vice Principal Ms. Albin Daisy also briefed the participants with a few important instructions. The quiz commenced at 9.30 am and ended at 11 am. 28 teams from 15 schools in Kuwait enthusiastically participated in the BISQ-2023 prelims. Fahaheel Al-Watanieh Indian Private School and The Indian Community School, Khaitan were selected as the best teams. These two teams will participate in the finals which will be held in the month of November 2023.
