Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. – Buddha

The key to realising a dream is to focus not on success but on significance. Then even the tiny steps and little victories along your path will take on greater meaning. Smart Indian School has welcomed Grade 10 & 12 students on 06 March 2022, naming this day Shubharambh, their first day of the new academic year.

The journey is never-ending. There will always be growth, improvement, adversity; you get to take it all in and do what’s right, continue to grow, and live in the moment. The day started with the lighting of the lamp by the Principal,Vice-Principal and KG Supervisor. Students who received blessings from all the Holy Books prayed in their hearts and spirit for a fruitful, compelling and successful academic year.

Principal Mr. Mahesh Iyer advised the children to get excited and feel unstoppable. Every second to accepting new challenges, working hard, and getting better day by day. Whatever work is assigned, do it best.

Vice Principal Ms. Albin Daisy, K.G.Supervisor Ms. Rajni Menon, senior teachers Ms. Beena, Mr.Santhosh Chungath and Ms. Bhavitha Bright did felicitations.

After that, Ms. Anju Jacob, the school counsellor, lead a ‘Goal Setting’ session. The session prompted and motivated the students. Joshua Thomas from Grade 12, the student representative, delivered the vote of thanks. The short but meaningful event got over by Indian National Anthem.
