An awareness seminar led by cancer specialist Dr. Susovana Sujit Nair about the physical and mental health conditions caused by excessive use of electronic devices was held at Bhavans Smart Indian school on 24th April,2023. The session helped the student community to understand that mobile phones, which have become an integral part of our lives regardless of age, are a threat to our physical and mental health. With the help of videos, Dr. Susovana explained that the consequences that await us are vision defects, health problems, lack of sleep, memory loss and even brain cancer.
Principal Mr. Mahesh Iyer and Vice Principal Ms. Albin Daisy were present at the seminar which was also attended by teachers and students.
