Needless to say our grandparents are very important in our lives, when it comes to imbibing great values in our kids. Being the most experienced candidates in the family they are entrusted with the responsibility of keeping the family together.
The kindergarten of the Bhavans SIS marked the importance of the International Grandparents’ Day by several activities intended for the event.
The k-teachers narrated to the kids, moral stories instructive to the importance of the greater parents and the wisdom they guide us with.
Each child had a great memory of the best moments they spend with their grandparents in the holidays.
Children crafted a fine-looking ‘Love you GrandPa and GrandMa’ card to express their love for their favorite family member.
Children learnt through the day why their grandparents are an important influence as guardians of family traditions, as a unique friend to every child and as a great teacher of life.
