The chartering ceremony of the Gavel Club was conducted on Thursday 9th June 2022.The program commenced with the Kuwait National anthem followed by the recital of the Holy Quran.
The Chairman of Bhavans Middle East, Mr. N. K. Ramachandran Menon inaugurated the Ceremony by igniting the lamp. The Principal of Bhavans Smart Indian School, DTM Mr. Mahesh Iyer, a Distinguished Toast Master himself addressed the gathering.
DTM Alka Kumra, District 20 Director, DTM Alifiya Lakdawala also spoke on the occasion. DTM Mr. Khalid Abdullah the Program Quality Director and the District 20 Director Elect of Bhavans Smart Gavel Club inspired the young members of the club through his speech. DTM Mr. Khalid Jalal, Club Growth Director, also spoke on the occasion. TM Vishal Edward Khan, Division E Director, addressed the gathering. Mr. N. K. Ramachandran Menon addressed the gathering and officially announced the commencement of Gavels Club.
District 20 winner of the International Speech Contest 2021-2022, DTM Ms. Tabassum Ali conducted the installation ceremony. The club president Shiham Ali Khan expressed his sincere gratitude and happiness on the occasion. DTM Raymond Pereira, a very well-known name in the field of Public speaking, gave the key note speech and inspired the young minds of the new gaveliers of Bhavans Smart Gavel Club. The session was followed by a Q and A session.TM Suguna Ganesan proposed the vote of thanks.
