Bhavan’s SIS visits Special Needs School

To carry out the educational procurement in multiple ways and to ingrain the necessity of being indebted for the very existence, Smart Indian School arranged a disparate visit to Al-Resala Bilingual Academy in Abu Halifa, Kuwait for Grade 8 accompanied by the class teachers of the two sections on 18th April, 2018.  This noble Academy which embosses and engenders several children who are individually different and thereby declined to be enrolled in mainstream school, stretched a cheerful acceptance in welcoming SIS to have a few hours of interaction and acquaintance of the system that is functioned within it. The students of Grade 8, the unpronounceable witnesses of the educational pattern and life skills acquirement by the Special need children, had a distinct experience in viewing their known pedagogical method turning into an adaptable teaching to the Special Needs. The students were divided into  groups of five that facilitated their comprehension of each sector’s learning process. They were enlightened on many processes with the inclusion of operating lamination machine and to take laminated copies of flashcards, the preparatory methods to make Turkish coffee, the picturesque picture of Kuwait’s culture and to relish the delightful savories of Kuwait. The knowledge on the most valued subject of life skill like T-shirt printing and Photocopying were an added factor to the culmination of the day. The most essential point of the day turned to be the method of minimizing the usage of books and to maximize the utilization of flashcards in the field of teaching. It was, undoubtedly an immense privilege for the stepping-up students to get empathetic and to project themselves to the innumerable blessings they are gladdened about in life. The school rendered a massive thanks to their Principal, Mr. Mahesh Iyer for his untiring support in arranging everything by all means.
